The ingredient list includes compounds like Cashew Plant, Lemon and several other botanicals. The formulary has excluded Zinc and Bloodroot because they have both been linked to illnesses.

 

The advertising is a bit misleading. The manufacturer toots this product as being the “only 20 minute wart/mole remover”.  This is misleading in that it could sound to the consumer that this product will cause your mole/wart to disappear in 20 minutes when in reality, the one time application is supposed to take 20 minutes, the actual removal process could take up to 3 weeks and beyond in some tougher cases.

 

The fine print does disclose that the product may have to be used on more than one occasion to remove the mole/wart.  Even with the disclosure there seem to be plenty of consumers that are not satisfied with the results they received, and this can largely be due to the misleading advertising.

Wart and Mole Vanish will remove small moles in just one 20 minute application. Larger moles may take two applications or more.

 

When applying the cream, make sure it is confined to the mole or wart itself and not the surrounding skin (there is a burning sensation so make sure it is only applied to the mole to be removed.)

 

Once the cream is applied, you must allow the mole or wart to scab over. The scabs should take about two weeks to fall off. VERY IMPORTANT. Do not peal the scabs off as this may cause a scar. Let them fall off naturally.

Burning Sensation

 

Some people have reported they experienced a strong burning sensation for about 20 minutes. However, this does mean that it is working.

 

 

Scarring

 

From our studies, this should not be an issue. The only reports of scarring came from not following the directions properly.
