The Dermatend formula is dependent on natural botanicals to work. It is advertised as the “most potent all natural formulas”. The product is sold in two strengths the regular strength and the extra strength. The extra strength formula comes with a free supply of Healing Balm.

Dermatend cream penetrates to the root of the mole, wart or skin tag for a great alternative to painful surgery. However, you must follow the step-by-step directions for Dermatend to work successfully.

For Dermatend to work successfully, you must scrape your mole hard enough causing it to scab over. Once a scab has developed, you must apply the herbal paste on top. There have been cases where scraping was not necessary, but from our experience, it was more effective when we did.  

The directions are easy to follow. An emery board is used to rough up the mole, wart of skin tag.  The product is applied using a cotton swab.

Dermatend contains bloodroot which can be painful when applied to the skin. It is basically eating away the mole similar to acid. It does work, just painful.

It usually only takes one application and then scabs over the next day (unless you scraped and caused it to scab over the first day.) You must wait until the scab falls off naturally to avoid scarring. The scab will usually fall off in 1-2 weeks depending on the size.
